At ProCoring, we are committed to providing our employees and customers with a safe and healthy operating environment. Having spent many decades in the field, the ProCoring team understands firsthand the importance of a safe job site for our employees and clients alike. Field personnel come with years of experience supporting them. Our commitment to safe work practices begins before a candidate comes on board through pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and back ground checks.
Employees are required to take the ProCoring new hire orientation, as well as the OSHA 10 hour General industry and/or SafeLand orientation before going on a job. Training continues with all employees through state of the art Computer Based Training, Instructor Led Training, as well as self-taught training classes. At ProCoring, we feel that our on-the-job, as well as off-the-job training is second to none.
We are committed to continuous improvement of our health and safety policies and procedures. We encourage our employees to take ownership of our safety program and implement corrective actions immediately as hazards are identified. The sharing of wisdom from past experiences, industry trends, and lessons learned with our clients and other contractors helps ensure that all employees return home safely.
We are active members in good standing with ISNetworld, DISA, PIC, and PEC to insure that we stay up to date with our client’s requirements. We are also proud members of the National Safety Council, American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), and International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).
